Scrunchii is actively committed to providing each and every customer with the highest quality experience. That is why we would like to inform you that we do not accept refunds or exchanges as a result of hygiene reasons. Due to this we advise you to select your products carefully and get in touch if you have any further questions or queries. We thank you for your understanding.

In regards to order time please allow 5-7 days for your order to be dispatched, however if you have ordered during the month of December then it may take up to 10 Days turnaround for your order to be dispatched (Please Note: All orders for Christmas Guaranteed Delivery must be placed before 14th December).

As all of our products are handmade we take extreme care and pay attention to every detail and as a result of that it takes longer to get to you. But we will keep you updated along the way with and we can guarantee you will love it when you see it.
